Our tablet marketing program provides you with immediate content exchange and easy access to your marketing analytics. Below are 11 ways to make the most of your new marketing tablet.
- Snap some pictures
We set up our tablets to automatically sync Google Photos to your business’ Google Drive. Any time you take a photograph with your marketing tablet we will be able to access it on the Google Drive and use it for your social media, ads, website or Google My Business. - Access your portfolio
We keep a copy of your portfolio on GSuite, and it is shared with the Gmail account we set up for you. Your tablet allows you to quickly access your portfolio, which includes a Google Sheets spreadsheet, a folder of graphics like your logo, pictures, and a copy of your contract. - Update your Google My Business
As your authorized representatives, we handle your Google My Business account on a day-to-day basis, however, sometimes a question or review can come up that needs your personal attention. Your tablet comes equipped with the Google My Business App, which allows you to quickly respond to reviews and answer questions from potential customers. - Access your Facebook
Your tablet comes with Facebook’s Page Manager App, which allows you to access your business account directly, without having to sign into your personal Facebook. This app is used to reply to customer messages, update information, and post to your page. As your marketing team, we do not reply to your page’s messages. If you would like this feature you may purchase our AMS Engage package. - Access your call tracking statistics
If you have an AMS One package you have the option of utilizing our call tracking system. Our tablets are set up with the CallRail app, which allows you to access and look at your call records. Though the app is not as comprehensive as the online account, it lets you quickly see the length and number of calls you receive. - Google Analytics
When we create a website for you we utilize Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and demographics. We install the app on your tablet so that you can easily explore and save reports, compare data, and monitor your website data in real time. - Instagram and other social media
Your tablet also comes with access to your other social media accounts. You can easily take and post pictures of your daily activities to Instagram, let your customers know what is happening through Google Plus and Twitter, and record and upload videos to YouTube. - Stories and going live
Because all of your marketing resources can be found on your tablet, it is now even easier for your business to make use of social media features like live video. Give your customers a glimpse of your latest event with Facebook Live or IGTV, and keep your customers in the loop by advertising a special or deal using Instagram stories. - Reply to your emails
Your tablet is set up to access your Gmail account, which is the first thing we create for you. Google, Facebook and CallRail all send you reports directly to this email address. Use the Gmail App to easily access any reports or notifications. You can also download email apps like Microsoft Outlook to access additional important email accounts. - Manage your calendar events, appointments and reminders
GSuite offers a wide variety of features including Google Calendar, Google Keep and task creation. Utilize the Google calendar app to keep track of important dates, and follow our Hashtag Calendar to see the upcoming hashtags for social posts. Write notes and reminders with Google Keep (free to download), and stay on top of your to-do list with tasks through many GSuite programs. - Keep track of your Ad Campaigns
If you’ve purchased our SEM services you can access your ads through the Google Ads or Adwords Express apps. These apps allow you to view your stats, edit keywords and more. Facebook Ads can be tracked through the Facebook Ads Manager.
Our tablets offer a wide variety of services. Hopefully you find this summary useful, and that you can start implementing your marketing tablet into your week.
