What social media platforms should I be using?
We will work with you to determine the right platforms for your business. Social media sites each have their own style of posts and ways to interact. Tik Tok videos are short and personalized, LinkedIn posts are commonly formal, Instagram is visual, etc. As it takes time and energy to grow an online following, some accounts might be a better fit for your business’ brand. We’d love for you to connect with us to learn more about your goals for your business’ social media presence.
How do you access my social media accounts?
We have a variety of ways we can connect to your social media accounts. If we need to edit the descriptions, profile photos, etc we require login access. This may be done by adding us as an Agency on Facebook Business Manager. We also have a Client Connect Portal that allows you to give us posting access without providing any passwords.
Where do you get content for my social media posts?
We use a variety of sources to create social media content. This includes your website and industry news. Our hashtag calendar is a great source of inspiration for events and themed days. Our social media team will also check-in with you on a regular basis to inquire about service/product changes, and any areas of your business you wish to focus on in the upcoming season.
Can I review or approve my posts before they go out?
We can provide access to our social media calendar software if requested. Many of our clients trust our posting without approval, but if you would prefer to review and approve posts we can provide you access. If an approval process is created, posts will not be able to go out without your active participation.
