We just launched a new website for Darran Green Sandblasting and Painting!
Darran Green Sandblasting’s original website was clean and informative, but they had recently rebranded and needed a new look to match their dynamic new design. Their branded truck proved to be the right inspiration for the overall look of the new website.The background provided the main colours and worked well in the website headers and as accents throughout the design. We also made sure to include their updated logo, and the illustration of the sandblaster worked itself uniquely into the design plan as an animated pop-out on the home page.
The client had requested an about page instead of a Careers page for this new design, so we opted to merge the career content into the About page as a button-triggered overlay instead. We were also eager to include photos directly from the client featuring their own equipment and work.
With such a bold, prominent design and plenty of content from the client, we decided to go simple with the top menu and minimize any additional details. The navigation is easy to follow, and potential clients can find their contact information and social media on every page.
